Trish Dorsey is SVP East Region at Ipsos Loyalty. Ms. Dorsey has 25+ years experience in supplier side marketing research, with broad industry exposure across brand and communications, customer experience-, and innovation-related initiatives.
At Ipsos, Ms. Dorsey serves as a senior client advisor for customer experience-related programs in Ipsos’ US Loyalty technology and tele-communications practice. As such, she advises clients on all facets of CX measurement and organizational implementation.
