Alyona Medelyan, Thematic

Alyona Medelyan runs Entopix, a successful international NLP consultancy, and CX solution provider Thematic. Her PhD was in keyword extraction, which led to the open source Maui toolkit, her role as Chief Research Officer at Pingar, and subsequent work consulting on NLP for large multinationals. She has extensive experience working with customer feedback data such as surveys, social media data, call centre logs, and public forums. She is also CEO and cofounder of Thematic, a customer insight start-up.
